We want you on our team

You have some experience with vestibular rehabilitation and want to develop deep specialisation in this area. You want to focus your whole practice on vestibular rehabilitation and provide outstanding care for patients with dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems.

You develop supportive and trusting relationships with your patients.

You provide evidence-based treatment. You enjoy staying up to date on related research and applying this to your clinical practice.

You provide collaborative and person-centred care with a biopsychosocial approach. You prioritise understanding your patients’ thoughts, feelings, and experiences in order to develop rapport and create individualised treatment plans.

You enjoy working with people with complex problems. You foster your patient’s autonomy and ability to independently manage their condition. You respect their priorities and support them in achieving their functional goals.

You emphasise getting your patient the care they need, even when that means going beyond to connect them with other resources, facilitate referrals to other providers, and help them navigate the healthcare system.

You like to manage your own schedule and communicate directly with your patients.

You have excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
